Happiness came one day and sat with me and yOu.
A lOve word here, a lOve word there…endless days of random adventures
Innocence at play with Happiness:
walking in the moonlight…
holding hands…
both of us talking and talking about nothing I can remember and
…Why were we sitting in the lobby of that resort hotel?
Maybe we were too young to have Happiness so close
Maybe we did not appreciate enough of Happiness
Maybe we thought Happiness lived somewhere else and
not with me and yOu.
So, Happiness left us on our own
Drifting through the crowd
we created new spaces with new faces
But the new never brought Happiness back…
Maybe we are too old now to have Happiness so close
Maybe we appreciate Happiness more than ever and
Maybe we know our Happiness exists only when Happiness sits with me and yOu
